2011 Season Ending Update

Las Vegas, NV (October/November) – HMR concluded their 2011 season campaign participating in the NHRA Pro Mod finale at the Strip followed three weeks later by the Street Car Super Nationals.

NEW Duttweiler Dart Little Chief Small Block Engine Ready to Go

Hairston Motorsports and Racing will be debuting their new Dart Little Chief engine at the PSCA opener at The Strip in Las Vegas February 18-20. The new engine has been in development over the last year.

Hairston Motorsports & Racing Going to NMCA

Alta Loma, CA (December 17, 2010) - The Hairston Motorsports & Racing team will be relocating their operation to Columbus, OH in 2011 and plans to compete in the NMCA Pro Street category. In addition, Jake Hairston, the team’s crew chief will be leaving the NHRA Technical Department to accept a position with Jeg’s as their new Director of Racing.

Hairston Motorsports & Racing Qualifies #12 at SCSN

A Las Vegas, NV (November 18-21) - The Hairston Motorsports & Racing team attended the incredible Street Car Super Nationals and was successful in qualifying in the #12 spot in the 32 car field. Clint “The Milkman” Hairston’s qualifying time of 6.311 @ 236.05 fell below the team’s expectations but put them in the top half of the field.

Clint Hairston Wins the 2010 PSCA Pro Street World Championship

Alta Loma, CA (November 2010) – Clint “The Milkman” Hairston has won the 2010 Pacific Street Car Association Pro Street World Championship driving the Hairston Motorsports and Racing Jerry Bickel built 2007 GTO powered by a Duttweiler Performance 377 CID twin turbocharged small block Chevy.

Hairston Motorsports & Racing Qualifies Third and Sets New MPH Record

Chandler, AZ (October 9-10, 2010) - The Hairston Motorsports & Racing team just attended the Pacific Street Car Association (PSCA) Hughes Performance Arizona Nationals, at Firebird Raceway. Clint “The Milkman” Hairston of Tulare qualified third on Saturday, achieving top MPH of the day (6.19 @ 242.63 mph). John Scialpi and PSCA newcomer Shawn Jones lead the qualifying with two great efforts 6.081 and 6.111 respectively.

Las Vegas, NV (September 18 & 19, 2010) - The Hairston Motorsports & Racing team just attended the Pacific Street Car Association (PSCA) Accufab West Coast Nationals, at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Clint “The Milkman” Hairston of Bakersfield qualified first on Saturday out of a 12 car lineup, achieving both the low ET and top MPH of the day (6.18 @ 237 mph).

Hairston Motorsports & Racing Brings Home Win & Sets another Record

Famoso, CA (July 16-17, 2010) - The Hairston Motorsports & Racing team attended the West Coast Hot Rod Association (WCHRA) California Nationals, at the famous Famoso Raceway, this past weekend. Clint “The Milkman” Hairston of Bakersfield qualified 3rd with a 6.79 @ 230.94 mph struggling with traction problems on all three qualifiers. Randy Walker set the bar pretty high with a stout 6.281 pass for the #1 spot.

Hairston Racing Finishes 2009 Strong

With over 50 of the fastest Pro Street cars in country entered, it was predictable that the “bump” would be quick but nobody imagined that it would take a 6.533 to make the field. First round action produced the team’s quickest and fastest run ever 6.16 @ 236.51 MPH and a win over Garrett Richards.

Hairston dominates PSCA meet at The Strip

This weekend's PSCA Ford Racing Record Breaker Nationals can be summed up in two words: Clint Hairston. Hairston, of Bakersfield, Calif., broke the Pacific Street Car Association's Pro Street speed record twice over the weekend, running 232.35 mph during qualifying on Saturday and then 234.49 mph in the first round of eliminations Sunday.

HRM GTO Makes an incredible 6.23 Pass

The Hairston Motorsports and Racing 2007 Pro Street GTO with a 377 CID twin turbo Duttweiler built GM small block ran an incredible 6.23 et in the second round of qualifying at the recently completed PSCA Spring Break race at the California Speedway, Fontana, CA. Many believe that this is the quickest Pro Street elapse time in history with the car weighing the required 2650 pounds with driver, Clint Hairston.
